Requests submitted through our website, by telephone, email, or text message are requests for information or service and do not require BS General Contractors to accept or perform the requested work.
Estimates and proposals may be subject to expiration dates, site conditions, material availability, permit requirements, scheduling availability, and the terms stated in the applicable estimate or contract.
Approval of an estimate or proposal may create a separate binding service agreement containing additional terms. If these website Terms conflict with a signed or approved project agreement, the project agreement will control with respect to that project.
