We do not sell mobile telephone information or text-message consent information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers and telecommunications providers used as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging program.

7. Jobber and Other Service Providers

We use Jobber to assist with customer relationship management, scheduling, estimates, jobs, invoices, customer communications, and related business records. Customer information entered into Jobber is stored and processed through Jobber’s systems and is also subject to Jobber’s applicable privacy and security practices.

We may also use service providers for:

  • Website hosting;

  • Email and telecommunications;

  • Cloud storage and data backup;

  • Payment processing;

  • Accounting and bookkeeping;

  • Document and electronic-signature services;

  • Information technology and security;

  • Insurance and claims administration; and

  • Other services necessary to operate our business.

These providers may process information on our behalf to perform the services for which they were retained.

8. When We May Share Information

  • To our owners, employees, and authorized workers who need it to perform their duties;

  • To Jobber and other service providers used to operate our business;

  • To subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, design professionals, or other project participants when reasonably necessary for a requested project;

We do not sell customer personal information.

9. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by Jobber Payments or another third-party payment processor. Payment-card information submitted through a payment processor is handled under that processor’s policies and security practices.

We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, amount, date, payment method type, and transaction reference. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed through a third-party payment system.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain project, warranty, and payment records;

  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
